Neil Wakani entered the Real Estate field in 2003 after a career in Sales in the plastics industry. His excellent sales and negotiating abilities, along with superb people skills helped him to excel early on in the competitive market. Neil grew up in Oakville, and moved his family to the Beamsville area in 2000, quickly making it their home and getting to know many people in town. Neil has spent the past 11 years volunteering with the Lincoln Soccer Club as a Coach, a Convenor, and now Vice-President, having great dedication to the town and people. He has a vast knowledge of the Burlington, Oakville and Niagara areas that he is happy to pass on to his clients.
Deanna Brown entered the Real Estate field in 1997 at the young age of 22, starting in the tough GTA market as it was beginning to boom and competition was fierce. Working with some of the top agents in the field, she was able to learn how to work in a fast-paced competitive market and come out on top. In 1999 she returned home to Grimsby, and began working at the #1 office in Hamilton with on one of the busiest teams in the city to continue her learning and building of her client base. Since 2004 she has made her home at Royal LePage Niagara in the Grimsby office. Having grown up in Grimsby/Beamsville, and now calling Welland home, she wanted to expand her client base to include the Niagara Region.
